This is the code that I have. This code just gives me the forms that have Department of Audit.

SELECT (@Contains(Status; "Request Approved")) & (@Contains(Department; "Audit"))

This is the code that I have tired already. This code gives me everything regardless if they have a department of Audit or not.

Select(((@Contains(Status; "Request Approved")) & (@Contains(Department; "Audit))) | ((Form = "Holiday") | (Form = "Request")))
